Welcome to Exodus Concierge. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, materials, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Exodus Concierge (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides relocation guidance and facilitation services for individuals, couples, and families planning to move to Spain from the USA or Mexico.

2. Scope of Services

We offer the following service levels:

  • DIY Toolkit – downloadable resources and guides.

  • Guided Relocation Plan – strategic consultations, referrals, and customized planning.

  • Full Turnkey Relocation – comprehensive coordination of relocation needs, including legal introductions, housing search, school enrollment support, healthcare setup, and other local services.

We may also offer à la carte services such as airport pickup, municipal registration support, and language course referrals.

3. Important Service Disclaimer

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application, school admission, housing availability, healthcare enrollment, or other third-party services. All results depend on government agencies, private institutions, or market availability, which are outside our control.

  • Case-by-Case Basis: Services are customized based on your needs and situation; results will vary.

  • Not Legal Representation: We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Legal matters are handled by licensed lawyers engaged separately by you.

  • Third-Party Services: We may recommend or introduce you to third parties (e.g., lawyers, real estate agents, shipping companies). We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment is due before services begin.

  • No refunds will be issued once services have started, including consultations, document reviews, or any resource delivery.

  • Fast-Track service fees are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information required for services.

  • Respond to requests for documents or information in a timely manner.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and requirements for relocation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Spain, the EU, USA, and Mexico:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the EU GDPR, US data protection laws, and Mexico’s Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and resources we provide are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
